Questions you should ask.

Do I need a shop or commercial space?
No. Most Fulfilment Partners run this from home — a clean, dry corner with 200–400 sqft is enough. Some use a balcony, a spare bedroom, or part of their kitchen. What matters is hygiene and organisation, not real estate.
What happens if I don't accept an order in 24 hours?
The order cascades to the Hyperlocal Partner for 1 hour, then opens to all partners in your area, and finally to iCookMagic directly. You only lose the order, not the customer. But too many missed orders affects your priority — so respond fast.
Can I have a job alongside this?
Yes, but with eyes open. Many of our top partners started part-time. The 24-hour acceptance window is generous — you can fulfil after work. But to grow beyond ₹30K/month, you'll usually need 3–4 hours of focused daily attention.
What if my stock doesn't sell?
After 6 months, iCookMagic buys back 100% of your unsold stock at cost. No questions asked. This is the only iCookMagic guarantee we make — and we mean it.
When does the next partner enter my pincode?
When you cross ₹20,000 / month in commission earnings, OR after 12 months — whichever comes first. Most partners reach this in 4–6 months. Year 1 exclusivity is real.
What if my pincode is already taken?
We let you know within 48 hours of applying. If your first-choice pincode is taken, we suggest adjacent pincodes — often more underserved and equally profitable. You can also wait on the waitlist if a partner ever exits.
Can I be both a Fulfilment AND a Hyperlocal Partner?
Not in Year 1. We want partners to specialise. But once you cross ₹20K/mo and the next slot opens, you can apply for an additional business in a neighbouring pincode. Several of our senior partners now run 2–3 businesses.
Will I get marketing and customer leads?
Yes. The iCookMagic website, social media, and ads actively drive customers to your pincode. You inherit the brand's marketing budget. Plus — you'll get help with local marketing materials, WhatsApp templates, and event support.
