Do I need a vehicle?
Strongly recommended. A two-wheeler covers most of a pincode quickly. Cycle works for compact urban pincodes. For larger areas (rural or peri-urban), a small car helps. What matters is speed — not vehicle type.
What if I miss a phone call or app alert?
For phone calls — the customer might call the next number. For app cascades, you have 1 hour to accept before it opens to all partners. Speed is the entire game. Most successful Hyperlocal Partners keep their phone on loud and within reach 10 AM–9 PM.
Can I work fewer hours and earn less?
Yes, but with eyes open. The lowest tier (₹15K/month) requires about 4 active hours a day. You can do this part-time, but earnings will reflect the time you put in. Speed is paid per second.
Will I compete with the Fulfilment Partner?
No — you complement each other. The Fulfilment Partner gets website orders first (24-hour window). What they don't take, you get. Plus you have your own phone-order and walk-in pipeline they don't touch. Two businesses, one pincode, no overlap.
What's the typical delivery distance?
Within your pincode — usually 1–5 km. Same-day, same-pincode is the contract. We don't expect city-wide delivery. Plan your route smart and you can do 10–15 deliveries in a 2-hour evening burst.
Do customers pay me directly?
For phone orders and walk-ins — yes, you collect directly (cash or UPI to your account). For website-cascaded orders — the customer already paid online; you get the 20% commission deposited weekly. Two clean streams.
What if my pincode has very few orders?
Then you build the demand. Your starter stock is for local push — flyers, WhatsApp broadcasts, free samples to nearby shops. Most pincodes show their potential by month 3–4. Effort meets effort.
Can I move from Hyperlocal to Fulfilment later?
If a Fulfilment slot opens in your pincode (or a nearby one) and you've proven yourself, yes — you get first preference. Several of our senior partners started as Hyperlocal and now run both. The pincode rewards loyalty.
